Job Description:

The RN in the Tele Float Pool provides comprehensive nursing care by floating within Zone 1 locations. Nurses will be scheduled for shifts at multiple facilities in the zone as needed, delivering patient care in various acute settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care across multiple units, including General MS-Tele, Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Bariatrics, Ortho, Trauma, & ED Obs.
• Administer medications, including titration of drips like Heparin.
• Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals and unit charge nurses.
• Adapt to varying patient ratios and acuity.

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of MS-Tele experience; prior neuro experience preferred.
• Flexibility to float to different facilities and accommodate variable scheduling needs.
