Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (NSICU) is responsible for providing specialized care for neurology patients, including post thrombectomy and TPA patients, as well as post neurosurgery patients. The nurse ensures optimal patient outcomes through adherence to established protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for neurology post thrombectomy and TPA patients.
• Manage post neurosurgery patients.
• Perform procedures such as CRRT, Bedside EVDs, and A-line monitoring.

Requirements:

• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience in an ICU setting.
• Preferred experience with neurological intensive care.
