Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine patient care needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to infection control measures.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
