Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our staffing pool and provide exceptional patient care. This role involves working in a stepdown unit, supporting a diverse patient population with a variety of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and ensure the safety and comfort of patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and care outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in stepdown, critical care, or related nursing area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
