About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our staffing pool for stepdown care. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on our patients’ recovery in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in a variety of settings, ensuring patient needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Monitor patient health, administer medications, and assist with diagnostic procedures as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease management.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Schedule

This position involves night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
