Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a step down/telemetry unit. This position requires an individual who is passionate about nursing and committed to improving patient outcomes.

Key Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
• Duration: 13 weeks

Qualifications

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification preferred
• SAMA (Safety Awareness Management Approach) certification preferred
• Must have a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

• Monitoring patient vital signs and symptoms
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Documenting patient progress and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols
• Educating patients and families on health management
