Job Description:

Seeking a Registered Nurse for a Rehab unit on the 4th floor. The role involves handling patient ratios of 1:5, utilizing equipment such as Sara Steady lift, Hoyer lift, and Alaris Pumps, and using Meditech 5.6 documentation system. The position requires working three shifts per week with every third weekend scheduled. The contract includes floating first to like units for PRN staff.

Responsibilities:

• Wound care, line insertion, and blood and antibiotic administration
• Goal setting with patients, hourly rounding, and bedside shift reports

Requirements:

• Inpatient Acute Rehab experience
• Familiarity with FIM and CARE Tool measures
• Med/Surg nursing experience
• Certification in BLS
