Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the inpatient rehabilitation unit. This position offers guaranteed hours and a 12/14 start date.

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 30 (two 15-bed units)
• Patient Ratios: 1:5
• Staffing: Patient Care Technicians available when census is 9 or above; no unit secretary
• Type of Equipment: Gait belts, patient alarms, patient lifts
• Documentation System: Meditech

Scheduling Requirements

• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Rotating weekends

Patient Experience Requirements

Must demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent patient care and enhance the patient experience while on the unit.

Qualifications

• Required Skill Set: Medical/Surgical experience; Rehabilitation experience is a plus
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Skills Needed: None

Dress Code

Uniform consists of a navy blue scrub top with navy blue or black bottoms.
