Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Rehab unit to provide care to patients on the 4th floor of the main hospital. The nurse will work three shifts per week, including every third weekend. The unit includes 16 beds with a patient ratio of 1:5, utilizing equipment such as Sara Steady lift, Hoyer lift, and Alaris Pumps.

Responsibilities:

  • Goal setting with patients
  • Hourly rounding and bedside shift report
  • Wound care, line insertion, blood, and antibiotic administration

Requirements:

  • BLS Certification
  • Inpatient Acute Rehab experience
  • Familiarity with FIM and CARE Tool measures
  • Med/Surg nursing experience
