Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Rehab – Stress Lab

The position involves working within a specialized cardiac rehabilitation and stress testing unit dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for a professional seeking to make a significant impact in cardiac wellness and rehabilitation.

Unit Information

• Scrub Color: Navy
• Patient Ratios: 1:4 in rehabilitation; one-on-one with stress testing patients
• Type of Equipment: Case System for stress tests, NuStep machines, and treadmills for rehab patients
• Documentation System: Cerner / Scottcare
• Scheduling Requirements: Monday to Friday for stress testing from 7 AM – 11 AM; Cardiac rehab on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after stress testing from 11 AM – 3:30 PM

Qualifications

• Required Skills: Experience with various types of stress testing, including Stress Echo, Dobutamine Stress, and Nuclear Stress Testing.
• Advanced Skills: Strong knowledge of EKGs in relation to stress testing.
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
