Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. This full-time position will require working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and rehabilitation strategies.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in patient care rounds and contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation practices.
• Float to other units as needed, including Medical-Surgical, at various regional locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Inpatient Rehabilitation setting.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical records (EMR) is required.

This position is located within a dynamic healthcare environment that includes multiple facilities across the region. As part of the healthcare team, the RN will play a vital role in supporting patient recovery and rehabilitation.
