• Number of Staff: 55
• Staff Composition:
  • Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3-4 Registered Nurses (RNs), 3-4 Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), 3-4 Patient Care Technicians
  • Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3-4 Registered Nurses (RNs), 3-4 Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), 3-4 Patient Care Technicians
• Patient Ratios: 5-6 patients per nurse
• Type of Equipment: Hoyer lifts, SCD machines, wound vacs, Smart Pumps, Purwicks
• Electronic Medical Record System: Meditech

Qualifications

Required Certifications

• Current CPR certification

Preferred Skills

• Inpatient Rehabilitation Experience
• Experience with Meditech

Typical Procedures

• Lab draws
• Diabetes management
• Wound care and ostomy care
• IV and catheter placement

Scheduling Requirements

Availability for 4 weekend days per month is preferred, but flexibility is available.

Med/Surgical and Med/Oncology units may require floating.
