Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This is a travel position for an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) working nights. The role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to provide dedicated patient care in a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or illnesses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, assess vital signs, and report changes in a timely manner.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation procedures and expectations.
• Assist in the mobility and rehabilitation exercises of patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation utilizing the Cerner EMR system.
• Be prepared to float to various sister facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Schedule

This position is for night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.
