Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This is a travel nursing position in an inpatient rehabilitation unit. The role guarantees a minimum of 48 hours per week, with a start date of December 14.

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 30 (two 15-bed units)
• Patient Ratios: 1:5
• Unit Staffing: Patient Care Technicians (PCT) available when census is 9 or above; no unit secretary
• Type of Equipment: Gait belts, patient alarms, patient lifts
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Scheduling Requirements: Three 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends
• Floating Policy: Agency staff will float first

Patient Experience Requirements

All nursing staff are expected to contribute to a positive patient experience through compassionate care and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Required Skills: Medical/Surgical experience is mandatory; rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrub top, navy blue or black bottoms.
