Job Description:

TRAVEL- RN – Pre-Op (709) responsible for providing care in Pre-Op Holding / ASU at Wesley Medical Center.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-operative care for patients in Pre-Op Holding
• Assist with Phase 2 recoveries of Urology, GYN, and other SDS patients
• Manage pre-op surgery, Endo, Cath lab, EP, CT patients, outpatient infusions, EKGs, and blood transfusions
• Utilize equipment such as Pyxis, GE MACVU EKG machine, Doppler, patient scale, and bladder scanner

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year current acute care Pre-Op RN hospital experience
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Preferred: Some pre-op experience or ability to assist pre-op staff
• Preferred: Prior Meditech experience
