Registered Nurse – Postpartum

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Postpartum team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of recent experience within the postpartum specialty. This role entails providing comprehensive care for new mothers and their newborns in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Shifts will vary, primarily from 7 PM to 7 AM, with weekend shifts required.

Holiday Requirements

Candidates must be willing to work a minimum of two major holidays from the following list: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, as well as one minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.
• Preferred candidates will have experience as travelers due to the high volume and pace of the unit.
