Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric ICU Nurse to provide exceptional care for critically ill children. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork, patient advocacy, and maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.

Shift Details

• Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Orientation: 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour shift on the floor
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
• Overtime: Available after 48 hours

Scrub Colors

• Registered Nurses: All navy, all white, or a combination of navy and white
• Certified Nursing Assistants: All galaxy blue
• Sitters: All purple
• Respiratory Therapists: Medium gray/Pewter
• Licensed Practical Nurses: Sage Green

Kronos Instructions

To ensure accurate timekeeping, follow these instructions:

• Dial 533 from a designated phone to access Kronos.
• Record your name as prompted during the first connection.
• Use the following clock-in and clock-out codes:
• Clock in with 1 and clock out with 9 for regular shifts.
• For return call-back shifts, clock in with 62.
• For productive time (orientation, meetings, education), clock in with 64.
• If in charge of a shift, clock in with 66.
• Clock out for lunch with 3 and back in with 4.

The use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited in all buildings, entrances, and properties within the healthcare environment, including personal vehicles parked on the premises.

Experience Requirement

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant nursing role is required.
