About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting vital signs and medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and health management.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their stay.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in pediatrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
