Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) managing patients with mixed acuity, including Intermediate Care, Telemetry, and MedSurg. This position involves caring for patients with conditions such as MI, CHF, and post-cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a PCU setting
• Evaluate and document patient progress
• Administer medications and manage cardiac/vasoactive drips
• Collaborate with healthcare team members

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Completion of an approved nursing education program
• 1.5 years of general nursing experience, with 1 year in PCU
• Experience with cardiac procedural recovery and rhythm interpretation
