Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will provide care and monitoring for patients in the Progressive Care Unit, executing physician orders, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and revise individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Floating to a lesser unit as required.

Requirements:

• 1 year of PCU RN experience.
• RN, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certification.
• Experience with high acuity drips, arterial lines, and bipap-airvo preferred.
