Shift Details

This position is for night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families regarding discharge planning and self-care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
