Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Staffing Pool within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This position is ideal for candidates possessing strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care with empathy and respect for patient dignity.
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, documenting nursing care and patient responses.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and hospital policies.
- Utilize advanced technology to provide safe and effective care.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts as needed.
