Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Shift Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Location

City and State: Dallas, TX

Years of Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
