Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Stepdown Staffing Pool. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, employing clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care strategies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety.

Schedule

This position offers night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
