Unit Information

Location: Wichita, KS

• Number of Beds: 30
• Staffing:
  • Day Shift: 1 CNC/charge; 12 nurses
  • Night Shift: 2 RNs (may include call shifts)
• Patient Ratios: 1 RN: 2 patients; 1 RN: 1 patient
• Type of Equipment: Various medical equipment as per recovery room standards
• EMR: Meditech

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of current acute care hospital PACU RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Flexibility with hours
• Prior Meditech experience

Typical Procedures

• Craniotomies
• Orthopedic procedures
