Job Description:
Provide nursing care on a 34-bed Adult Med Surg unit, focusing on trauma tele patients. Serve as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage telemetry rhythm capabilities.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and time management skills.
- Assess med surg level patients and alert Charge RN/Manager/Rapid Response/Provider when acuity level changes.
Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per pay period.
