Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will provide care in Pediatric Cardiac OR, managing neonates through adult-sized patients, including those with congenital anomalies. The role involves working within a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center and Level IV NICU, handling cardiothoracic cases.

Responsibilities:

• Managing cardiothoracic cases such as Tetralogy of Fallot, pericardial window, and open heart valve repairs.
• Providing care for infants and adult-sized patients with developmental delays or congenital anomalies.
• Floating to General OR to assist with cases when Pediatric CVOR is not busy.
• Participating in weekend rotations and being on call as scheduled.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years Peds CVOR experience.
• Required Certifications: BLS, PALS, and WA State or compact RN license.
• Preferred CNOR certification.
• Experience with IV start, scrubbing, art line, and circulating with specified patient types highly preferred.
