Job Description:

Unit Information: Operating Room RN needed for a 16-room facility with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 3:1. The role involves preparing the operating room, arranging equipment, and assisting doctors during surgeries.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating room, arrange equipment, assist doctors during surgeries
• Inspect, maintain, decontaminate, and repair surgical equipment, maintain inventory records, handle pre and post-surgical tasks including shaving, transporting, and applying dressings

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS certifications
• 2 years of current experience in an acute hospital setting, not a surgical center
• Strong ortho, neuro, and robotics experience, and willingness to float to the general OR
