Job Description:

The OR RN is responsible for preparing the operating room, arranging equipment, and assisting doctors during surgeries. The role includes maintaining surgical equipment and preparing patients for surgery.

Responsibilities:

Prepare operating room and arrange equipment
Assist doctors during surgeries
Inspect, maintain, decontaminate and repair surgical equipment
Maintain inventory records
Perform pre and post-surgical preparations including shaving, transporting, and applying dressings

Requirements:

BLS, ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years current experience in an acute hospital setting
Strong experience in ortho, neuro, and robotics; willingness to float to general OR
Robotics/Da Vinci experience and scrubbing
