Job Description:

This role involves providing perioperative care to patients undergoing orthopedic, GYN, urology, cardiothoracic, vascular, plastics, spine, neuro, and trauma procedures in a 28-bed OR unit.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to surgical patients in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
• Operate and manage advanced surgical equipment such as TAVR, MAKO, and DaVinci systems.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Meet on-call responsibilities which include 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month with a 30-minute response time.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care OR RN hospital experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with DaVinci Robotics preferred.
• Ortho, neurology, and vascular experience highly preferred.
• Prior Meditech experience is advantageous.
