We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the surgical department and will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

• Location: Corpus Christi, TX
• Unit: Operating Room
• Number of Beds: 11 ORs, 1 endo suite
• Staffing: 45 staff members including RNs and techs
• Patient Ratios: 1:1

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Gynecology
• Trauma
• Neurosurgery
• Spine Surgery
• Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)
• Bariatrics

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Dress Code

Scrubs will be provided for staff members.

Work Schedule

This position requires full-time commitment with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. There may be rotating weekend calls as part of the role.
