General Information

This is a comprehensive and dynamic Operating Room unit characterized by a collaborative atmosphere and a commitment to delivering high-quality surgical care. The team primarily operates on a day shift schedule. Patient-to-nurse ratios are maintained at 1:1, ensuring optimal care and attention.

Responsibilities

• Assist in elective surgical cases across multiple specialties including Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, Cardiovascular, Plastics, Gynecology, Robotics, and Urology.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and patient management.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of current experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care Operating Room setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Orthopedic and Cardiovascular surgical procedures.
