Job Description

The OR Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator is responsible for assessing the physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs of patients. The RN will engage with the patient and their family to complete history and physical assessments within designated timeframes, ensuring that all available information from the healthcare team is reviewed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Formulating comprehensive plans of care that include discharge planning, incorporating input from patients, families, and the health team.
• Developing realistic and measurable goals that align with the patient’s specific needs and medical plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to plan and revise care according to changes in patient status.
• Conducting ongoing assessments and reassessments to reflect the evolving needs of the patient.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience
• Current RN license
