Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in oncology nursing, demonstrating both clinical expertise and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient responses and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and care procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an oncology setting preferred.
• Valid nursing license and certification as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of oncology treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
