Job Description:
Registered Nurse needed for Oncology unit with a schedule of 06:45-19:15 in Asheville, North Carolina. The role requires delivering patient care in an oncology setting within a standard hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy and other medications
- Monitor patient condition and recording observations
- Perform occasional pelvic exams and manage procedures like thoracentesis and echocardiograms
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to optimize patient care
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred: Chemo Certification
