Job Description:

This position involves providing nursing care for obstetrician-gynecologist patients, specifically in the Labor & Delivery unit. The role includes the care of laboring patients and newborns immediately after delivery, as well as circulating and recovering C-section patients.

Responsibilities:

• Care for laboring patients and their newborns immediately after delivery.
• Circulate and recover C-section patients.
• Perform procedures such as vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&Cs, cerclage, epidural anesthesia, and tub labor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Certifications: AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced), or CEFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP.
