Job Description

An opportunity is available for an experienced Obstetric Registered Nurse (OB RN) to work night shifts. The position is critical for supporting patients during labor and delivery, ensuring the highest standards of care in a busy healthcare environment.

Shift Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Contract Length: 8 weeks

Certifications Required

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
• AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)

Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Must have delivery room experience, including receiving and caring for newborns.
• Previous experience in Medical-Surgical nursing is required, as there may be occasions when floated to MedSurg due to low census.

Work Environment

This position does not require being on-call; the shifts are routine and aligned with regular department operations. Nurses are expected to maintain flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
