Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provides specialized care to neonates in a Level 3 or 4 setting. The role includes administering critical care, utilizing ventilation support, and managing high-flow lines, with patient ratios depending on the severity of the condition.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and specialized nursing care to neonates in a NICU setting.
• Administer respiratory support such as vents and ram c-pap to critically ill infants.
• Monitor and manage patient care for 1:1 critical cases and 1:3-4 grower/feeders.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of NICU experience with CORE staff, preferably in Level 3 or 4.
• Current IL License, CPR, NRP certifications required; RNC preferred.
