• Number of Staff: 120
• Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Cerner

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a Level III or higher NICU and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care. Nurses in this unit will work a combination of day and night shifts, ensuring high-quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records using the EMR system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Educate families on patient care and progress.

Qualifications

• Required: At least 2 years of Level III NICU experience.
• Required Certifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).

Additional Information

• Required to float to Peds, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only).
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs.
