  • Night Shift: 18 RNs, 1 Charge RN, 2 Respiratory Therapists
• Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
• Electronic Medical Records: Cerner

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in our specialized neonatal intensive care unit. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess a strong clinical background in Level III NICU care.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Level III or higher NICU.
• Required Certifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider).
• Preferred Certifications: STABLE, NIC-RNC.

Floating Areas

Occasional floating may be required to Pediatric Unit, PICU, and Mother-Baby (newborns only).

Dress Code

Scrubs in navy blue are required.

Schedule Requirements

• Every other weekend availability is required.
