Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Tele unit in Phoenix, Arizona. The RN will provide patient care in an acute care setting, focusing on oncology and med-surg patients. Responsibilities include interpreting EKGs, assisting with Foley catheter insertion, and maintaining a sterile field.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret EKG and manage Philips telemetry
• Assist with Foley catheter and port-a-cath insertion
• Operate BiPAP and CPAP machines
• Float to other MedSurg/Tele units as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with Cerner EMR system
• Ability to pass a skills competency exam and orientation requirements
