Job Description:

Registered Nurse position in the Med/Tele unit, responsible for floating among multiple specialties including Cardiac, Neuro, and Oncology. The RN will adhere to a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6 and is expected to handle assignments across varying acuity levels, possibly in the ICU or PCU/Stepdown.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to adult and geriatric patients with varying diagnoses.
• Float to units including Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, and others as needed.
• Work within a 7-7 schedule, ensuring flexibility to cover gaps.
• Occasionally titrate Heparin drips.

Requirements:

• 2 years of MS-Tele experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Potentially participate in a holiday rotation.
• Expected to float within the specified zones if needed.
