Job Description:

The position is in a 32-bed unit specializing in postoperative care for general surgical patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6. Responsibilities include pain management, mobility, and bedside procedures with a focus on providing a comfortable healing environment for each patient. Collaboration with family practice physicians, hospitalists, and surgeons is required.

Requirements:

• AHA BLS Certification
• AL or Compact License (No temp Licenses accepted)
• 2 years of experience, 18 months considered with certain conditions
• 1 year of experience in the field of specialty
• ASN degree
• Willing to float to other units and hospitals
