Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position. The successful candidate will work the night shift from 1845 to 0715, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a commitment to teamwork and flexibility, as the nurse will float to other departments as needed.

Shift Information

Night Shift: 1845 – 0715
36 hours per week, with every other weekend off and the opportunity to pick up extra shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a medical/surgical environment.
• Valid Washington State license or multi-state license accepted, with necessary verifications.
• Completion of a 6-hour approved suicide prevention training.
• Verification of demographics from Nursys.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Knowledge of Meditech is a plus but not required.

Additional Information

Applicants must be willing to work holidays as needed. Requests for time off (RTO) must be approved and will be added to the end of the contract.

Location

This position is available in a location near the picturesque Pacific Northwest beaches and the stunning Olympic National Forest.
