Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care. This role requires flexibility and a dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Experience: Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor in accordance with organizational policy is required.
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC Advanced Life Support certification is required.
Work Schedule
This position requires availability for day shift work, with hours ranging from 36 to 48 hours per week.
Location
