Position Overview

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) focused on Medical Surgical care during night shifts. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Details

• Location: City, State
• Shift: Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Duration: 13 weeks

Core Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide patient assessments and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (can be obtained prior to start).
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records is preferred.
• Must reside 50 or more miles from the facility.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
