Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach.

Schedule

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Full-time: 36 hours per week, 3 shifts of 12 hours
• Every other weekend and holiday required

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in their status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-care procedures.
• Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor patients’ heart rhythms and other vital signs.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
• Experience with MediTech preferred.
