Job Overview

This is a Med/Surg Registered Nurse role focused on providing exceptional patient care in an acute care environment. The position requires a commitment to effective patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 0700-1930
• Available Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
• EPIC experience: Required

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the following:

• Providing patient-centered care while ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Performing assessments and accurately documenting patient information.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in their condition.
