Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the medical staff in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Details

• Location: City, State
• Shift: Days (7 AM – 7 PM)
• Duration: 13 weeks

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting.
• Administer medications and implement prescribed treatment plans.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and report changes to the medical team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records through electronic medical records (EMR).

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (pending ACLS certification will be accepted if obtained prior to start).
• Experience with Cerner EMR.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Permanent address must be located 50+ miles from the facility.

Scheduling and Availability

The facility can accommodate scheduling requests of up to 48 hours per week. Please communicate any specific scheduling preferences upon submission.
