Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting any changes in status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in performing diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and post-hospital care.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications required.
• Prior experience in a medical surgical setting.
• Proficiency with Cerner or similar electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Permanent address must be located 50 or more miles from the facility.

• Willingness to float to other units as needed.
