Job Description:

Travel Registered Nurse for Med/Surg unit responsible for providing acute care in a hospital setting, primarily focusing on post-operative patient assessments and care.

Responsibilities:

• Post-operative assessments and care
• Post-Prostatectomy care
• Post-Hysterectomy care
• Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI)
• Pain management including PCA and Epidurals
• Foley catheter maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
• BLS certification
• Preferred: GYN/Onc and Urology experience, Med/surg/post op experience, Prior Meditech experience
