Shift: 12H Nights, 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, 19:00:00-07:00:00, holidays based on unit coverage

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled RN with Level 1 Trauma experience to join the Neuro Rehab unit. The unit consists of 52 beds, and the primary patient population includes those with neurological conditions such as TBI, brain tumor resection, and CVA. The role requires strong Med Surg experience and the ability to maintain a high level of communication with patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide acute Med Surg care, including IV therapy and wound management
• Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and therapy sessions
• Maintain a sterile field during procedures as required
• Work collaboratively with rehab physicians and support staff

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• RN with strong Med Surg experience
• Level 1 Trauma experience mandatory
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam and SIMs Lab skills assessment
• Comfort with floating to any Med Surg unit as needed
