Job Description

This position requires a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to provide excellent patient care. The role involves meeting performance expectations and requires flexibility to adapt to the operational needs of the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit.
• Float to other units, departments, or patient care areas as needed based on staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in the monitoring and assessment of patient conditions.
• Participate in holiday coverage as required.

Shift Information

Work schedule will include varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
